our approach

We worked with Ratter, a media company, to create an audience development strategy that would boost brand awareness and increase website traffic. Beginning with a comprehensive site audit, we reviewed Ratter's past performance to identify areas ripe for quick optimization as well as longer-term fixes. We conducted an SEO and keyword audit to optimize for search engine rankings and increase Ratter's page rankings. To drive traffic to the website, we tested a combination of paid and organic social media strategies focused on reaching audiences that reflected the Ratter demographics. Also, to encourage return visitors, we focused on building an organic email list through the use of pop ups. 


Our engagement with Ratter resulted in improvements across the board such as:

  • Average Session Duration increased 45.37%
  • Pages per Session increased 35%
  • Return visitors increased from 63%
  • Referral traffic from Facebook increased 73.6%
